An in-house platform designed and built by Studio Sol. The main dashboard and showcase screens are supplied screenshots; showcase names and figures are fictional demonstration data, not client results. The live workspace is private.

The idea

Enquiries, sales, project delivery and ongoing client care belong together. Rather than fit our business around disconnected tools, we built a private workspace around our own workflow.

The approach

The left-hand menu follows the studio's working day: Overview, Leads, Contacts & Companies and Sales Pipeline for incoming work; Quotes, Projects, Tasks and Clients for delivery; Recurring Care and Invoices & Payments for ongoing relationships. Services & Offers, Email Sequences, Growth, Team & Capacity, Reports and Settings bring the wider business into the same workspace.

The workspace

One place to see what needs attention, follow an enquiry through to delivery and keep ongoing care in view. Built for Studio Sol, not an off-the-shelf CRM reskin. Payment records are tracking only, not automatic charging or an accounting integration.
